I really can’t explain the satisfaction afforded to me by the carcasses of birds.
I mean, you roast them and people enjoy a meal and then you cut all the meat off them and people enjoy a risotto or sandwiches or what have you and then you boil them up, discover more meat on them and there’s a stew or a chillie or a curry or what have you and then you boil them up more and you’ve got enough stock to last you forever. I mean really, bird carcasses are just so satisfying.
I smell like a vegetarian’s worst nightmare right now.
I normally give up after the sandwich stage, I guess I should try harder next time. 😛
