Obviously, despite yesterdays’ post which started out being about moderation and thinking about what I was trying to do before running out of energy, today I am determined to become a ninja warrior.

I have a plan, it’s not a timed plan but it’s a plan.
Regain the ability to run 5k.
Learn to poledance.
Become able to run 10k.
Take up climbing again.
Run a half marathon.
Run a full marathon.
Yes, I know. I’m aiming to do it in five years. I need my goals, how else did I manage to run the London Marathon? That only took me 3 years. So I’m going to get onto the Ninja Warrior course.
It just might take me some time.
