I’m missing Japanese food, so for that and a couple of other reasons (to try and engage a client) I’m going to see if I can start making Japanese flavours happen with ingredients I can get in Lancashire.
I mean that’s actually a heck of a lot easier than it would have been ten years ago because I can get actual ingredients. I’m not starting complex though!
