My work is varied and weird, freebies and things I have received or been able to buy on expenses include magic the gathering cards, dungeons and dragons books, an awful lot of coffee and of late a whole buttload of LUSH products.
I am more than happy to enjoy the bath bombs but now there’s such a thing as a shower steamer. I’m loving it! Nice smelling showers! One of the homeworks from group therapy is called ‘Breathing to Now’, it’s about staying focused in the present and I do it in my morning shower to make sure I make time for it each day. Doing it when the shower is full of lovely smelling things is very pleasant.
